Roles
Making Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to prospective customers to
introduce them to the company's products or services.
• Lead Generation: Generating leads by identifying potential customers who may
be interested in the company's .
• Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers who have shown interest in the
company's products or services to provide additional information and encourage
them to make a purchase.
• Appointment Setting: They may be responsible for setting up appointments for
the sales team with potential customers.
• Maintaining Records: Maintaining accurate records of all calls made and the
outcomes of those calls.
• Customer Service: They may also be required to provide customer service
support to existing customers, such as handling inquiries or resolving issues.
• Feedback: Providing feedback to the sales team and management about
customer responses and market trends to help improve sales strategies
• Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines: Following company scripts and guidelines
while making calls to ensure consistency in messaging and compliance with
company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Should have Excellent Communication Skills in both English & Hindi.
• Desired Candidate should be Strong in Computer knowledge along with Microsoft
Apps such as Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook.
• Qualification: Minimum Graduate
• Person should be Persistent and results-oriented.
