Job summary
The US GAAP External Reporting Manager is a crucial member of the Company's Controllership team. The position will report directly to VP Corporate Accounting and External Reporting.The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including accounting, legal, investor relations, treasury, tax, and financial planning & analysis.
This role is responsible for leading and owning the preparation and delivery of external financial statements and other regulatory filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission,
United States (SEC) prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States (US GAAP).
- Consolidated Financial Statements: Lead and own the preparation
& delivery of quarterly and annual external financial statements,
& ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP standards.
