    Job Purpose

    To monitor and manage all documentation for loan/Trade transactions as per internal processes and maintain the client services at the desired levels basis liaison with all the relevant stake holders

    Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Collection of drawdown request and raising disbursement request in system, document management and archival.
    • Safekeeping of documents submitted at branch
    • Capability to review and understand loan documentation and lending transactions
    • Proficient in using Microsoft office applications.
    • Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication.
    • Signature verification and ensuring the documents are in order.
    • Liaison with RM / Customer service manager for resolution of any client issues / challenges in loan processing.
    • Ensure coordination with Compliance, regulators, and auditor teams for reporting as required by IFSCA Regulations.
    • Respond to Ad-Hoc regulatory demand and act s single point of point for support functions including compliance , legal , technology and other teams

    Required Experience

    • Excellent Client / Customer management skills, business orientation.
    • Be capable to ensure smooth transition without impacting customer deliverables, to manage processes and metrics on a day-to-day basis.
    • Sound experience in Loan operation and syndicated loans.
    • Good understanding of Foreign loans Benchmarked under Reference rate like SOFR , ESTR etc
    • Should be having capabilities to effectively handle all types of customer complaints, enquiries Queries
    • A positive and attitude to work in a team and provide proper assistance and support to the team as required.
    • Prior experience of managing GIFT city Branch operations would be preferred.

    Education / Preferred Qualifications

    • Graduate / Post Graduate
    • Overall experience of 5 to 10 years in the Financial Services industry.
