    Franchise Development Manager Job Duties - Immediate Opening

    Location: BANGLORE/KOLKATA/HYDERABAD/MUMBAI

    Exp: 8-10 years

    A franchise development manager typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

    · Assist in creating a road map for the franchise concept, right from business model and ranging to area demarcation, marketing plans, legal agreements, in store and marketing SOP's and so on Evaluating potential locations for new stores based on market demand and competition from existing businesses

    · Assist with the development and implementation of Franchise specific business plans and budgets

    · Interpret monthly management accounts, benchmark and suggest corrective actions where necessary

    · Ensuring that all employees receive adequate training on company policies and procedures

    · Monitor and feedback information about competitor activity within his/her region

    · Identifying new opportunities for expanding into new markets or products

    · Leading negotiations with landlords on terms of lease agreements for new stores

    · Analyzing data to identify new opportunities for growth within existing markets

    · Monitoring competitor activity in the market and making adjustments to marketing campaigns as needed

    · Developing strategic plans to help existing stores improve performance

    · Managing the overall operations of a franchise operation to ensure that it is running smoothly

    · Act as brand custodian and ensure brand integrity is protected at all times via adherence to all requirements across key functions namely, Operations, Development, HR, and Marketing
