    Description:

    Strategic Leadership:

    - Develop and execute the company's strategic plan in alignment with the mission, vision, and objectives.

    Provide strategic direction to all departments, ensuring coherence and synergy across the organization.

    Lead the development and implementation of innovative financial products and services to meet the evolving needs of the education sector.
    Business Development:

    - Identify growth opportunities and spearhead business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue streams.

    Foster strategic alliances and partnerships with schools, educational institutes, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's market position.

    Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the education NBFC market.

    Financial Management:
    - Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company.

    Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, implementing corrective measures as necessary to achieve financial targets.

    Manage capital allocation strategies and investment decisions to optimize returns and mitigate risks.

    Regulatory Compliance:

    Profile:

    - Proven track record of 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in the education NBFC industry or Education alliances

    Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory environment in India.

    Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, forge strategic partnerships, and deliver results in a competitive market landscape.

    Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.

    Strategic thinker with a keen analytical mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions and solving complex problems.
