    Module Experience

    Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience of working with Oracle HCM.

    Candidate should have detailed level of knowledge of Core HCM and preferably one or more of the modules:
    Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labour, Compensation Management, Talent Management.
    Functional Technical Skills


    Must have knowledge:
    HDL experience loading data into multiple areas of the applicationConfiguration of Work Structures.
    Definitions of DFF, Common Lookups, Valuesets.
    OTBI creation and triage of business questions/issues.

    Additional knowledge areas that would assist in this role:

    Writing basic BIP queries.

    Job Details

    This job is for a BAU Lead Support Analyst to join our existing global HRIS team.

    The role will involve being an active participant of the team supporting the businesses use of the HCM application and the wider HRIS teams' development of our Oracle HCM Application.

    A successful candidate will be required to work out of our Pune, India Office and lead the BAU team and the distribution of the task aligned to them.

    The primary tasks for the successful candidate will be to work on the mass upload (HDL) requests from the business following our test, load, reconcile approach and working directly with the business requestor to validate any questions and communicate any fallout.

    The role will be responsible for managing the quarterly Oracle Patch analysis and testing process alongside the planning for future Oracle capabilities.

    The role will involve working independently and as part of a team to solve production issues raised by the business, assist with quarterly patch testing, supporting our GBS team to make SOP updates, mass load changes and deploy changes to structure/LOV to the existing application build following our release process.

    The role will also involve working on OTBI reports for the business, answering questions and helping to debug issues raised by OTBI business users.

    University Degree.

    Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Math, Business Analytics, Quantitative Business Analysis, or related field preferred.
