    Head Of Modern Trade

    Managing the MT business of consumer healthcare products including: P&L, Strategic alliances, Business Development and Operations

    • End to end management including growing and maintaining relationships with various MT partners
    • Create annual Joint business plans and maintain long term business relations
    • Defining and ensuring execution of business strategies, brand promotions, consumer campaigns, new product placements, displays and shelf space
    • Support marketing in short and long term promotions including tactical promotions
    • Being updated about latest trends in the MT business which should lead to innovative and unique ideas to enhance our presence
    • Setting and achieving the sales targets and gross margin targets for Mt with Commercial Head

    Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language:

    • Understanding and handling of MT business is critical
    • Program management skills,
    • Relationship management and
    • Strong communication skills

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate degree, Post Graduate degree preferred
    • 34 years in managing and leading MT business / driving B2B Ecommerce partnerships
    • Experience in working with external partners is desirable
