Shift : US Shift

Week off : Rotational Week offs

Notice Period : Immediate

Salary : Upto 6lpa

JD for Content Writer

3+ Years of experience in response scripting.

Exposure to customize responses.

Identifying legal jargons & handling complaints.

Previous experience in handling escalations.

Preferably worked for any US Client.

Should be smart enough to identify escalations route & nullify them.

Open to working in Night shift & WFO
