    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Marketing Executive with strong interpersonal skills and experience in enhancing digital community experiences. The selected candidate will be integral in managing day-to-day operations within the Gradvine Community, collaborating with the Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to drive engagement and uphold best practices.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Organize and manage events and collaborations to boost brand awareness.

    2. Develop and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.

    3. Create engaging text, image, and video content for social media platforms.

    4. Provide training on community features, business challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.

    5. Administer community management tasks, including user account management and moderation escalations.

    6. Facilitate communication between internal and external communities, engaging with Subject Matter Experts as needed.

    7. Monitor community health and produce reports on relevant issues and outcomes.

    8. Manage programs such as contests, webinars, and giveaways to enhance community engagement.

    9. Assist with the management and improvement of community features and functions, and provide technical support to members and staff.

    10. Design and manage community page layouts for various business profiles and audiences.

    11. Conduct polls and surveys to gauge community member experiences and sentiments.

    Required Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

    Proficient in social media management

    Ability to analyze website traffic

    Understanding of online marketing

    Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem solver

    Operational knowledge of online community platform moderation tools (Forums, Blogs, Photo Uploads, Commenting, etc.)

    Ability to execute tasks efficiently within tight time constraints

    Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment

    Experience in online community knowledge management or moderation (preferred but not mandatory)

    Salary: Commensurate with experience, post-training period.
