About the job :

As a Microsoft Power BI developer, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights by designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards.

This role is integral to the organization's data-driven decision-making processes and will involve collaborating with various teams to understand the business needs and translate them into effective:

• Minimum experience of 5 to 10 years in Power BI.
• Strong experience required in visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI)
• Writing Complex Queries & stored Procedure
• Experience in DAX functions is mandatory.
• Develop physical and logical data models from the source data, optimize data models and manage custom reporting solutions to facilitate the generation of appropriate BI reports
• Develop data analytical BI reports following established standards as well as BI methodologies.
• Create aggregates, hierarchies, filters, and calculated fields
• In-depth knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and Business Intelligence.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL using MS SQL Server Version 2008 and above.
• Must be proficient in connecting to data sources, performing data transformations, modeling, and visualizing data using Microsoft Power BI Desktop.
• Should be able to configure dashboards using the Power BI Service/Tableau.
• Should also be proficient in implementing direct connectivity to Microsoft SQL Azure.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Qlik Sense, Tibco Spotfire, and Looker will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills are essential
• Experience in client interaction and leading teams
• Understand the requirements of business stakeholders and convert them into technical tasks Must Have:
• Writing Complex Queries & stored Procedure

- Must be exposed to the on-site-offshore delivery model and should be able to deliver as per the Project plan and- Expertise in Data Analysis with SQL and Excel- Good verbal/written communication skills are a must.

Nice To Have :

• Working knowledge of Data Visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI/Tibco Spotfire
• Good to have working knowledge or experience working on Data warehouse / BI projects or any ETL
• Good to have Cloud Knowledge )
