- Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to the specialist team of graphics animation, AR-VR & communications.
- This includes fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, assigning tasks, setting goals, and monitoring progress.
- Create, develop visually appealing graphics (Logo, decals, brochures, posters, infographics etc), product animations and communication material for different internal stakeholders,
- Ensuring key messages align with vital business strategies & brand guidelines.
- Oversee the production and printing process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members is crucial for ensuring the team's continuous improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, engineering, Service & GECIA competences to gather inputs and final review of technical documentation and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Create and maintain an empowered, energized and engaged team, instilling a growth mindset and enabling each one to reach their full potential.
- Implementing and refining processes, templates, and tools, as well as driving innovation projects to improve quality and reduce lead time, contribute to optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of documentation.
- Championing best practices in graphics, animation, content organization, and information presentation, while staying aware of industry trends and standards, ensures that the team delivers high-quality and user-friendly documentation.
- Collaborate with external vendors, printers to ensure seamless execution of projects when required.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of competence to identify and rectify any discrepancies or inaccuracies.
- Achieving business results through executional excellence, supporting different internal and external programs and customer engagement events, and ensuring consistency in communications activities are vital for meeting organizations objectives and maintaining brand identity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphics design, animation or a related field.
- 10+ years of Proven experience in graphic design and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- A deep understanding of different communication channels, platforms, technologies and tools is also expected.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects), Maya, Unity, etc.).
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving goals.
- Must be proactive, assertive, and able to work in a self-directed manner across departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
