Roles&Responsibilities

• Focuson origination of Debt Capital Market deals from nonflowissuers.
• Providesolutions for NCD issuance structured financing acquisitionfinancing high yield and special situation deals.
• Leadefforts to identify and build relationships with promoters CFOsCXOs across target sectors. Scope and scan the market foropportunities and identify value proposition forclients.
• Preparepitches for prospective issuers basis understanding of debt marketsand ongoing market trends.
• Developcomprehensive understanding of investor expectations financialmarkets and regulatory landscape to tailor solutions to clientrequirements.
• Workclosely with mutual funds insurance companies banks funds FIIs andother institutional investors along with the Institutional Salesteam to facilitate execution of client mandates.
• Negotiationand closure of all deal related documentation. Manage underwritingrisk and ensure timely selldown ofrisk.
• Engagecontinuously with internal coverage teams risk team sales teamrating agencies SEBI stockexchanges.

EducationalQualifications

• CA/MBA
• Establishedtrack record in executing bond and loan deals across section ofclients Strong understanding of financial markets and credit Verystrong relationship and negotiation skills Good teamplayer

ExperienceRequired

• Minimumexperience of 48 years in relevantroles
