    Business Head - Marketing Agency


    General Responsibilities:

    • Ability to run large and complex Sales/ Ops. Process/Delivery team and micromanagement of these teams to achieve highest efficiency.
    • Take up end to end P&L Responsibility of the business
    • Work with the Sales Team / Marketing Team for contribution to revenue generation.
    • Work with the Delivery / Integrated Growth solutions team to enhance user experience.
    • Manage multifunctional teams Like ops / sales / SD / process etc.

    Functional Responsibilities:

    • Leading and owning new business development and targets for MoM and QoQ basis
    • Translate Business objectives and targets into quarterly and annual plans with senior leadership; identify particular sectors, type of work and a plan for targeting the desired client list
    • Attains P&L targets through a combination of existing business contributions and new business development
    • Lead and mentor the team to Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns
    • Implement and manage the sales process including lead generation, pipeline, CRM, and key reports
    • Set targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business development strategies
    • Help create visionary brand strategy: Develop and execute a differentiated Brand strategy that mirrors Desginboxed's ambition be preferred partner for accelerating their overall business growth
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and market dynamics. Present strategic plans and insights in a compelling and persuasive manner
    • Effectively communicate the rationale behind strategic recommendations and demonstrate how they align with clients' business goals
    • Good knowledge of performance marketing on all SMs, PPC and Programmatic ads along with media buying on various platforms along with experience in building an A team who can deliver on the promised deliverables

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • 10+ years professional experience in Sales, business development, Account and Revenue generation management (some previous experience working in an advertising/design/Marketing agency is desirable)
    • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth for services at high gross margins
    • Business understanding of how users/leads flow through the funnel in B2B Businesses
    • Minimum of 23 Years experience in Head / Director / GM of Brand Marketing business role.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively build and inspire a team team of 1015 members initially
    • Excellent consultative selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach your sales team.
    • Should have built or involved in media plans and pitch decks (at least 3 yrs experience)
