- Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in aviation-related subjects (e.g., Flight Operations, Crew Resource Management, Aviation Safety, Human Factors, Airline Operations).
- Integrate practical crew experience into teaching to enhance applied learning.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assessments, and examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide academic advising and mentorship.
- Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in accreditation, compliance, and quality assurance activities.
- Support simulation-based learning, labs, and practical training modules (if applicable).
- Conduct research in aviation, human factors, safety, training, or operations (as per institutional expectations).
- Publish in peer-reviewed journals and participate in conferences.
- Engage in industry-academic collaboration and applied research projects.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and academic service activities.
- Support student recruitment, outreach, and industry engagement initiatives.
- Maintain professional development and currency in aviation practices.
- Master's degree in Aviation, Aerospace, Aviation Management, or a related field (PhD preferred or in progress).
- Relevant experience as flight crew and/or cabin crew with a commercial airline or aviation organization.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety management systems, and operational procedures.
- Teaching aptitude and effective communication skills.
- Teaching or training experience in higher education or aviation training organizations.
- Professional licenses/certifications (e.g., ATPL, CPL, Cabin Crew Certification, CRM Instructor).
- Research experience and publications in aviation-related fields.
