Partner with business leaders to understand enterprise priorities and challenges.
Responsibilities
- -Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to articulate service value AI readiness platform standardization benefits Facilitate executive workshops to define business outcomes success metrics investment priorities Develop executive-level business cases ROI models and value narratives Secure executive sponsorship and funding
- -Lead strategic positioning of ServiceNow Data Foundation Studio Drive CMDB alignment including data quality normalization governance frameworks Advise on enterprise data models to support ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM SecOps Custom workflows Ensure data reusability scalability across the enterprise
- -Drive consolidation of tools datasources processes onto ServiceNow Identify opportunities for cost savings improved ROI operational efficiency Define track report post-implementation value metricsCollaborate with Servicenow architects delivery teams Business process owners Ensure strategic intent is successfully translated into execution Support pre-sales solution shaping proposal development when required
