- Analyze financial data and trendsto provide insights and recommendations to support businessdecisions.
- Develop financial models andforecasts to guide strategic planning and budgetingprocesses.
- Monitor and evaluate financialperformance against key performance indicators (KPIs) andbenchmarks.
- Prepare and present financialreports and presentations to senior management andstakeholders.
- Conduct industry and marketresearch to identify trends and opportunities forgrowth.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto support financial planning and analysisefforts.

- Bachelor s degree in financeaccounting economics or related field;
- Master sdegree or professional certification (CFA CPA) is aplus.
- 3years of experience in financial analysis financial planning andanalysis or related field.
- Proficiency infinancial modeling data analysis and financialreporting.
- Strong understanding of financialprinciples and concepts including financial statements budgetingand forecasting.
- Excellent analyticalproblemsolving and critical thinkingskills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Exceland financial software (e.g. SAP OracleHyperion).
- Ability to communicate complexfinancial information effectively to nonfinancialstakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail andability to work independently and in a teamenvironment
