    Job Title: Sales and Marketing

    Location: Ahmedabad

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting: Identifying potential customers or clients through various channels like cold calling, networking, and research.
    • Lead Generation: Generating leads through inbound marketing strategies, such as content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
    • Negotiation: Negotiating terms of sale, contracts, and agreements with clients.
    • Closing Deals: Finalizing sales and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
    • Sales Reporting: Tracking sales metrics, analyzing data, and preparing reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Marketing Responsibilities:

    • Market Research: Conducting research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
    • Brand Management: Developing and maintaining a strong brand identity through messaging, design, and customer experience.
    • Content Creation: Creating engaging content for various marketing channels, such as social media, blogs, email newsletters, and websites.
    • Digital Marketing: Implementing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, and social media marketing, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
    • Campaign Management: Planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products or services and achieve specific business objectives.
    • Public Relations: Managing relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to generate positive publicity for the company.

    Requirements:

    Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

    Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with 1 to 5 years of experience in the IT industry.

    Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
