      • Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and manage the interview process.
    • Job Postings & Advertising:
      • Write and post job descriptions on various job portals and company website.
      • Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
    • Candidate Relationship Management:
      • Maintain a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
      • Keep candidates informed of timelines and next steps.
    • Offer Process Support:
      • Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts.
      • Support the onboarding process and ensure new hires have a smooth transition.
    • Reporting & Metrics:
      • Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing channels, and candidate feedback.
      • Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager regarding recruitment progress.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or related fields.
    • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to assess and evaluate candidates effectively, organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
