    1. Citrix 7.x administration and troubleshooting ( Mandatory ).

    2. PVS provisioning.

    3. VDI provisioning.

    4. NetScaler ADC 13.0 troubleshooting and upgradation ( Mandatory) Level 3 plus.

    5. NetScaler License updating.

    6. Storefront.

    7.License servers.

    8. Knowledge of EPIC software will be an added advantage.

    9. ITIL process.

    10. Good interacting skills
