Roles andResponsibilities

We are lookingfor an Enterprise Architect to join our core product developmentteam reporting directly to the CTO. As an Enterprise Architect youwill be responsible for designing processes enforcing relevantarchitectural patterns planning/optimizing the IT infrastructureoptimizing business operations by leveraging the right technologytoolset and to drive technology initiatives including CTO backlogitems. Enterprise Architect responsibilities include improvingcurrent IT infrastructure optimizing business operations forefficiency with an emphasis on knowledge sharing among partners.Ultimately you will work with a team of IT professionals to overseeour IT infrastructure and help direct our enterprise architecturemodels.
Responsibilities

• Driveinnovations and product improvements by identifying areas ofopportunity for technical improvements in the product stack
• Actively contribute to the grooming andimplementation of CTO backlog items to make the product more robustselfhealing and futuristic
• Provide businessarchitecture and systems processing guidance
• Involve proactively with various teams acrossthe organization to solve problems faced by the teams or by ourcustomers Able to analyze the product usage data from LIVEenvironments to identify strategies that can optimize operationalcosts and improve application maintainability Identify bottlenecksin applications and devise solutions to ensure the best possibleperformance quality scalability security and responsiveness of theapplications.
• Suggesting ideas to reduce costsin IT and business leadership
• Providingbusiness architecture and systems processing guidance
• Ensuring the efficiency security and supportof the organizations goals
• Creating methodsfor compliance architecture such as data storage metadatamanagement and change control
• Create businessarchitecture models that aligns with the overall product strategiesand goals
• Identify ways to increase employeeknowledge and skills to support future growth
• Mentor and train the tech lead and architectcommunity with the best practices and technology trends from theglobal EA community. Requirements
• 12 years of overall workexperience and 5 years as an Enterprise Architect or similar rolein a SAAS product development organization

Musthave requirements:

• Microsoft.NET Core/Framework as a core programming languageskill set
• Strong experience onSQL Server or any other RDBMS database
• Should have worked withAWS/Azure cloud hosting platforms
• Clean Architecture andMicroservices Framework
• Docker KubernetesAPI Gateway
• Afull stack experience is desirable
• Should be fairly hands on and should be readyto roll up their sleeves and
• Excellenttechnical analytical and project management skills. Endtoendknowledge from data architecture to tech arch to function toprocesses.
• Experience in building scalable andreliable distributed products/systems
• Drivetechnology roadmaps and take up research/ POC work for new tools/technology solutions to support product roadmap.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership and motivational skills
• Experience in modeling and graphicrepresentations
• Bachelor s degree ininformation technology ispreferred
