    Key Responsibilities :

    Product Lines for which sales and account management responsibility is assigned – Oral excipients, Partenteral excipients, Biotechnology additives and excipients, Amino Acids and intermediates for API sythesis, Nutraceuticals and Nutra excipients, API manufacturing services, Parenteral manufacturing services, etc.

    Drive sales and account management, in the South India region, for BL Health Care products and services.
    Develop the ideas for customer specific local strategies and implementation.
    Work with existing customers and search for potential customers.
    Generate, evaluate and report market and competitive information to ensure competitive advantage.
    Managing assigned accounts in the region.
    Provide high quality and complete data input to ensure a proper market and account management.

    Conduct and control all elements of basic sales process, such as:
    offers and contracts, incl. their documentation, credit management; solve open points in processing and logistics.

    Be a pivotal player in increasing the BL Health Care sales and market share in the region by identifying and developing suitable strategies.

    Negotiate of contract terms (with regard to) such as quantity, payment terms and conditions or delivery terms and conditions.
    Prepare and negotiate sales or other product related contracts;Taking responsibility of recovery of accounts receivables.
    Discuss individual complaint procedure with the customer.
    Provide individual conflict resolution to the customer.
    Analysis of market development and potentials, propose ideas for improving own market position and exploitation of potentials.
    Observe, analyze and report competitors marketing activities and strategies (e.g. products, personnel, processes) to support competitive benchmarking.

    Ensure the right marketing strategy in the region in collaboration with the Marketing Manager including conducting and organizing of Fairs, customer Seminars, advertising and other appropriate means to promote the Health Care portfolio.

    Development of Type B & C accounts and converting them to A type accounts.
    Education, Certification and/or relevant experience required –Graduate in any discipline with experience into Sales of RM/API/excipients of Pharma/distributor.
    MBA will be an advantageAdditional skills and abilities required for this position –Sales, account management, strategy creation and implementation.
    Technical Knowledge (E.g. specialized knowledge required to perform all the required tasks)
    • Pharma technical background will be preferred.
    Others (if required by the position)
    • Good communication skills, internal and external stakeholder management.
    Advanced level MS Excel and PowerPoint, Email writing skills.
