    Job Title: Personal Secretary to Managing Director (MD)

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a solid background in finance, preferably holding an MBA in Finance or a PhD in Management. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage the MD's schedule, handle confidential information with discretion, and facilitate smooth communication both internally and externally.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.

    2. Act as the primary point of contact for the MD, screening and prioritizing incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

    3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

    4. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.

    5. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and facilitate effective communication.

    6. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

    7. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring clear communication.

    8. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and presentations, utilizing expertise in finance.

    9. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.

    10. Anticipate the MD's Professional needs and proactively provide support to enhance efficiency and productivity.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA in Finance preferred.

    2. PhD in Finance or relevant discipline is highly desirable.

    3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance-related industry.

    4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.

    5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.

    6. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.

    7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

    8. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

    9. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.

    10. Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently.

    Preferred Qualities:

    1. Experience working in a senior executive support role.

    2. Familiarity with financial concepts, terminology, and reporting processes.

    3. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

    5. Professional demeanor and appearance, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

    6. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

    Salary: Competitive salary ranging from 10 to 15 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA), commensurate with experience and qualifications.
