About the RoleThe Operations Analyst will interact with various multi-functional teams to test and document business processes. They will be very detailed, self-motivated, results oriented, and an excellent communicator.

This role will develop, modify, and execute test plans, test scenarios and automated scripts. In addition this role will assist with project documentation and maintain consistency and document integrity. This role willDocument and maintain business processes, standards, and policies.

Analyze functional and technical requirements, mapping documents and transforming them into test plans

Works with peers across the organization to ensure specific areas of the system are tested and released on time and meet or exceed the quality expectations of business partners.

Create, maintain and execute test cases/tests scripts (manual and automated).

Analyze test results to ensure correct functionality and interact with peers for resolution of defects.

Responsible for communicating daily progress, issues and risks.

Coordinate and work with local onsite and offshore resources.

About You
Basic Qualifications:4-5 years' of experience in testing, documentation or related field

system experience is mandatory

Salesforce admin or equivalent certification is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Other Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams.

Attention to detail with the ability to solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to research solutions to issues as they arise.

Ability to manage business partner expectations professionally.

Ability to work independently, with general direction and guidance.

Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities.

Hands-on experience with any test automation tool is a plus

Working Model:

This position will follow the Flex/Hybrid Model where workmates will be expected to attend the office 50% of the time from Workday's Pune office.
