    Key Roles/Responsibilities:
    Ensure each segment & project meets the sales targeted from channelsDevelop & drive the channel sales team comprising of the core team at the corporate office & a teamdistributed at project sitesMeet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarterEnsure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partnersEnsure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing onesLiaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partnersDevelop a healthy investor data base through channel partnersEnsure regular product & price updates to channel partnersOversee organization of channel-related eventsLeverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launchesEnsure constantly improving channel partner experience
