    Description


    We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Vice President of Compensation to lead our compensation team and drive the development and implementation of our compensation strategies.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation principles and practices, as well as experience designing and managing compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.


    Responsibilities :

    • Develop and oversee the company's compensation philosophy, policies, and programs to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of competitive compensation structures, including base pay, variable pay, and equity programs.
    • Partner with HR leadership and senior executives to develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that support talent acquisition, retention, and engagement goals.
    • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness of the company's compensation programs.
    • Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and recruiters on compensationrelated matters, including job evaluations, offer development, and salary negotiations.
    • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to compensation practices.
    • Manage the annual compensation planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and communication of compensation changes to employees.
    • Analyze compensation data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Lead and develop a highperforming compensation team, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation matters, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.
