- 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Development (Healthcare experience preferred)
- Proficiency in the local language is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Lead Generation & Partner Acquisition: Scout and empanel Doctor Chambers, RWAs, and Corporates for the Apollo tez model
- Target Ownership: Meet or exceed monthly onboarding and revenue targets for your assigned territory
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and regional staff for seamless partner activation
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tez partners and Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all stakeholders
- Service Activation & Enablement: Set up DocVerse services and ensure partner teams are fully equipped and Guide partners through infrastructure setup and operational onboarding
- Training & Development: Organize regular training sessions for partners and their staff on all digital tools and pharmacy processes
- Issue Management: Adhere to the escalation matrix to resolve any stakeholder issues swiftly and effectively
