    Job Overview:Strategize, Implement, Develop, Drive & grow the Bio Solution business for Waste Water treatment.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Working closely with Distributor/Partner to Formulating sales strategies for developing market share.
    • Meeting customers.
    • Key Account Strategy.
    • Sales target budgeting & achievement.
    • Competitor analysis – price & product offerings.
    • Establishing new, and growing business with existing client.
    • Identifying new customers for growth.
    • Periodic Reporting to management.
    • Brand management – activities to promote our brand in the market.

    Required Skill :

    • Customer service & relationship management.
    • Excellent Strategizing skills.
    • Problem-solving.
    • Ability to multi task.
    • In depth knowledge about Bio culture, microbes and microbial technology.
    • Technical know how to wastewater treatment - Aerobic ,Anaerobic, Activated Sludge Process, BOD, COD, Flocculation, FM Ratio, HRT, ML, MLSS, STP, ETP etc.
    • Proven track record of excellent sales achievement in waste water treatment.
    • Strong network of industrial clients.
    • MS Excel (for reporting)

    CTC: Rs. 5.0/Lpa to 8.0/Lpa

    Preferred companies Organica Biotech, Greencraft, Amalgam Biotech, Rishabh metals.
