    Description

    **Title:** DFT Lead Engineer

    **Location:** [Bangalore, US, Canada]

    **Description:**

    Seeking a DFT Engineer to join our team. Responsible for implementing testability features in integrated circuits (ICs) to ensure efficient testing during manufacturing

    **Responsibilities:**

    Lead DFT efforts for complex IC designs

    Implement scan insertion, ATPG, and MBIST, JTAG other DFT techniques

    Have good work experience in IP or SOC or Subsystem Level DFT

    Collaborate with design and verification teams

    Define test requirements and develop test plans

    **Qualifications:**

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

    6+ years of experience in DFT

    Proficiency in DFT tools like Tessent/Fast Scan/Spyglass/Tetramax/SMS, Modus or Genus and methodologies

    Strong leadership and communication skills

    Strong problem-solving skills
