• 6. Promote student success by showing flexibility in work schedule.
• 7. Serve as academic advisor to students.
• 8. Motivate student to participate in all extracurricular and co curricular activities.
• 9. Manage learning environment through keeping accurate records, submitting other reports on time.
• 10. Evaluate, monitor and mentor students academic progress.
• 11. Enforce attendance policies.
• 12. Serve and support departmental and college activities. Support local campus events like orientation programmes, graduation ceremony etc.
• 13. Participate in various workshop, conferences organized by leading institutions.
• 14. Assist and support professors and associates professors in their day to day tasks and functions.
• 15. Teach 20 hours per week (2 subjects & 2 lab ) and involve 15 hours per week in keeping accurate records ,submitting other reports on time , mentoring and 5 hours in co curricular and extracurricular activities.
