Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing search engine optimization strategies to improve our website's visibility and organic rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant keywords and search terms for our target audience.
• Optimize website content and meta tags for on-page SEO, including title tags, headings, meta descriptions, and URL structures.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix technical issues, such as broken links, duplicate content, and crawl errors.
• Implement off-page optimization strategies, including link building, guest blogging, and social media outreach, to improve website authority and domain ranking.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and provide regular reports on SEO performance and key metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, and implement necessary changes to our SEO strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with content writers, web developers, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content, design, and development processes.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Stay informed about local SEO strategies and implement local search optimization techniques for targeting specific geographic areas.
• Continuously monitor and improve website ranking, traffic, and conversions through ongoing SEO optimization efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven 3 years of experience as an SEO Specialist with a solid understanding of SEO best practices and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry trends.
• Proficient in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and SEO auditing tools.
• Solid understanding of on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and local SEO strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website design principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, such as WordPress, and experience with website content management is a plus.
