    Description

    The Team:

    As an OnlineBrand Protection Analyst / Research Analyst (Pharma/Regulatory) youwill be working with existing members of Global Delivery to assistwith the takedown of infringing content on online marketplacesfraudulent websites Social Media profiles or posts and infringinglistings on ecommerce sites. Additionally you will liaise with theClient Management teams to assist our clients in achieving theirgoals.

    What this jobinvolves:

    Research Analysis Enforcementreporting trends

    Analyzing the content ofwebsites and online marketplace listings to identify infringingcontent for clients catering pharmaceuticals medical devices orOTC/consumer goods

    Online research intoecommerce sites and hosting providers to assess the methodology forthe removal of infringing content

    Communicationwith Online Marketplaces ecommerce sites and hosting providers aspart of the process for the instruction oftakedowns

    Communication with client managementteams around specific cases and outcomes and to gain productknowledge

    Review enforcement reports and resultsidentify trends and give context around any unusual activity in aservice (e.g. increase in listings on certainsites).

    Suggest minor strategic changes of site focus investigative targets evidential purchasingapplication to relevant programs

    Handle otherprogramspecific requirements

    What you need tohave:

    Are a Graduate/Post Graduate in any fieldand have prior experience in secondary research/data analysisrelated to Pharmaceuticals medical devices or OTC/consumergoods.

    Are a STEM (Science TechnologyEngineering Mathematics) degree holder.

    Are aGraduate/Post Graduate in any field and have prior experience inBrand protection working as a Research/Data Analyst for aPharmaceuticals medical devices or OTC/consumer goods firm. (min. 1year).

    Are a Law graduate with specialization inIP law (Pharmaceuticals medical devices or OTC/consumer goods) withprior work experience in a law firm or any corporate firm (min. 1year).

    Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.

    Intermediate level ofproficiency in MS Excel.

    Possess a basicunderstanding of IT and Internet Technology

    Haveknowledge of Intellectual property brand and trademarkissues

    Knowledge of regulatory policies fordifferent ecommerce sites across different regions(desired)

    Have strong problemsolving andanalytical ability

    Work well under pressure withattention to detail

    Have excellenttime/deadlinemanagement skills

    Have the abilityto work independently with minimal supervision and are adaptable tochange.

    Are a quick learner proactive andreliable
