Net2Source is looking for a dynamic personality who can bring value on the table. We are looking for a Campus Recruitment Specialist. Someone with flamboyant personality and an excellent communicator who can maintain and upscale our brand name through campus recruitment.

Responsibilities (not limited to):Creating pipeline in timely manner for Campus hiring. creating data base of universities and colleges based on company needs. working on forecasting of recruitment for fresher our various offices.
Should take care of the campus branding process.
Making sure maximum number of campus hires are delivered. creating or using technology-based help in order to efficient work and to reduce the workload.
Designing and implementing recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns.
Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
Managing and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Managing all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation.
Hosting and attending college career days and conferences.

Eligibility -8+ years of experience in Campus Recruiting and be well-acquainted with the latest tools and technologies used for candidate assessment.

Strong network of colleges across India, especially in the North and West region.
Recent 3+ years of experience hiring graduates for International Voice Process and ITES.
