    primaryResponsibility:


    He/shewill have the responsibility to complete the physical examinationof the visa applicants as per thechecklistand provide his/her recommendationand findings as per the agreed process with utmostaccuracy.

    He/she will also provide healtheducation to patients.


    RoleSpecifics:

    Prescribe or administer treatmenttherapy medication vaccination and other specialized medicalcareto treat or prevent illness disease orinjury as per the process and requirementFilling up all relevant details in the EMR reports depending uponformats as agreed.

    Declare a patient fir orunfit depending upon the relevance of the test by ordering andinterpreting testsand by analyzing recordsreports and examination information to diagnose patientscondition.

    Refer patients to medicalspecialists or other practitioners whennecessary.

    Collect record and maintainpatient information such as medical history reports andexaminationresults through the clinicalmanagement system Explain procedures anddiscuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients ifrequired Coordinate work with nurses andother health care providers.

    Ensure all MISreports are shared with the concerned teams as per agreed timelinesandstandards/formatsHandleemergencies.

    Metrics& OrganizationManagement: Turnaround time Total time taken at each level of customerinteraction. Waiting Time as per agreedlevel. On Time Report Approval All medical reports to be reviewed andrated as per agreed timelines (SLA) Thefinal report which declares a patient fit or unfit as per theagreed timeline. Ensure that the dailyreports are updated and uploaded in the system with no backlogs.
    All reportsfor any given day must berecorded and uploaded into the system.

    This includes the reportsfromthe tests carried out the nightbefore Appropriate Guidance with Abnormalreports Appropriate guidance of abnormal reports to ensurethatall checks are completed inadvance Appropriate reporting of generalphysician examination All medical examination is carried out as pertheprocess CustomerService Adherence to Policies &Procedures Adherence to A code of conducti.e.

    set of rules that become a standard for all employees underdifferentcircumstances in theworkplace. Behavioral standards thereasonable standards of behavior that are expected of them intheworkplace. This includes collaboratingwith coworkers time keeping ownership of assignedtasksability to take additionalresponsibilitiesetc.



    OM& Reporting: Reportsto the Center Manager or this may change depending upon thestrategy. The person may have approx.13directreports


    QualificationsExperience and EducationRequirements:
    MBBS with a minimum 12 years of experience for a GP Role; with teammanagement experience. Proficient in use ofcomputers word processing & spreadsheetsetc.
