Oracle RMC Specialist - India - Beam Global Services

The Role

i. The Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) Specialist will be

responsible for working with clients based in the USA and UK for our

Risk & Compliance team.

ii. The Specialist will implement Oracle RMC modules including

Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Access Certification (AC), Advanced

Access Requests (AAR), Advanced Financials Controls (AFC) and

Financial Reporting Controls (FRC).

iii. The Specialist will be involved in the full life cycle of RMC

implementations including Requirements, Design, Configuration, Test

and Deploy phases.

iv. The role will involve working closely with our consulting and

product partners for successful implementations of Oracle RMC.

v. It is important to have excellent communication skills (written and

spoken English) to ensure clear communication with clients and

partners.

vi. The role may involve having meetings with clients in the

evening IST so flexibility will be expected from the right candidate.

vii. The role can initially be part-time, for the right candidate.

Skills and Experience required

i. A minimum of 3+ years of experience with implementing Oracle Cloud

Financials / HCM Security & Controls, ideally using one of the Oracle

RMC products but experience without Oracle RMC will also be

considered if there is strong experience of Oracle Fusion role design,

security model and related topics.

ii. Oracle RMC Certification will be a plus but isn't mandatory.

iii. Strong understanding and implementation of segregation of

duty frameworks and associated mitigating controls.

iv. Experience of audit, IT controls, SOX projects a huge plus.

v. Must be results-oriented to ensure success with all customer issues.

vi. Excellent customer management skills.
