    We are hiring for the role of Executive Assistant for our client into Tours & travel., As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the senior executives. This is a full-time position with a junior level designation, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Vikhroli .Mumbai Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Proficient in calendar management and scheduling tools
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Experience in office administration and coordination
    • Knowledge of travel management and logistics
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the calendar and schedule appointments for senior executives
    • Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business trips
    • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism
    • Assist in the coordination and execution of company events and meetings
    • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
    • Conduct research and provide insights for decision-making
    • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and expense management
    • Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks as required
