Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer at DIRAK India. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, communicating with clients, and driving sales. Your day-to-day tasks will include understanding customer needs, demonstrating product functionality, assisting with product selection, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
