- 2-4 years experience in the workplace design Industry
- Interiors / Architectural / Project Management / Real Estate Educational background (RICS, MRICS, B.Arch, B.SC, Civil Engg., etc)
- Support WPS pitches and develop decks, proposals, reports, as needed.
- Collaborate on projects with our regional design studios, project consultants as required.
- Attend and support in ongoing WPS project meetings and Client presentations as needed.
- Coordinate with various studios to gather relevant documents and layouts for the purpose of analytics
- Support with manual historic data collection of identified projects to form a part of the company database
- Support with transferring gathered data to the company proprietary tool
- You will perform any additional responsibilities as may be requested or assigned from time to time
- Undertake Research - both desktop & project based.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile.
- You enjoy brainstorming, creative thinking activities.
- You have an eye for detail & are meticulous with text reading / writing.
- You have multi-tasking ability, with time management and organizational skills - or an interest to develop them
- You have knowledge of the design tool - basic AutoCAD.

- You are interested in design, strategic approaches to design, research, data collection and analytics.

What is Workplace Strategy ? Strategy is the process by which we bridge the gap between a client & their required design. It's the process of using tools & techniques to extract the right project information for a client in order to help them solve problems of spatial programming, consolidation, requirements, transition to hybrid spaces etc. The team works with clients before the design stage - sometimes to even help them understand if there will be a design project requirement at all. We are the clients advisors, guides, & subject matter experts for everything workplaces.To support our clients well, we undertake research, benchmarking, knowledge sharing initiatives within & outside of SM. There is a long list of non-project internal initiatives that are oriented towards research, data collection, & to a certain minimal extent data analytics. Eligibility
About The Role

You will be part of our Workplace Strategy Team. Working closely with team members. This is a multi-skill role where based on time and pipeline, you would don multiple hats as a researcher, strategist, presentation expert, etc.
Some activities & projects require brainstorming, creative deck making, problem-solving, etc which may require both patience to read as well as ability to write & create material. In an interior design firm, this is a writing & presentation & research heavy role with developing an understanding of Workplace Design aspects.
