    A well established Pan India Agro Enterprise is hiring HR Head with experience in driving Strategic HR interventions and previously managed Sales functions of Organization


    Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition and Management:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the agro finance industry.
    • Lead the endtoend recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address current and future workforce needs.

    Employee Relations:

    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
    • Implement policies and procedures that promote a fair and equitable work environment.

    Performance Management:

    • Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
    • Work with leadership to identify training and development opportunities.

    Training and Development:

    • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.
    • Facilitate the implementation of training initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

    Compliance and Legal:

    • Stay abreast of relevant labor laws and ensure the organization's compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Work closely with legal counsel to address HRrelated legal issues.
    • Develop and enforce HR policies in alignment with industry and legal standards.

    Succession Planning:

    • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of skilled talent.
    • Identify key positions and individuals for development to support future leadership needs.

    Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring costeffective use of resources.
    • Provide regular reporting on HR metrics and key performance indicators.
