    Job Overview:

    IT Corporate Functions – Senior IT Pillar Specialist is responsible for being a strategic partner with Finance to help deliver IT solutions/projects that meet business objectives.

    This specialist will also be responsible for facilitation of quality systems support for finance end-to-end process including the close cycles (month-end, quarter & year-end), support of all subledgers and the GL.


    Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
    Support/Alignment Corporate Functions – Finance focusMaintain relationships with key Corporate Finance usersIdentify Business technology / automation demands & needsInitiate new projects/programs to based on business demand/needs and accountable for successful delivery of these projects & programsCollaborate with other IT Pillars for project delivery and support resolutionPartner with other IT teams on key strategic initiatives such as ERP, Fabrication Automation, etcComply with IT project execution methodology and controlsAlign with corporate functions & IT leadership on vision, goals and strategyCommunicate project status / support status to all stakeholdersMust be a finance IT SME in process & technical knowledge of Accounting, Subledgers, General Ledger, Close Cycles (month, quarter, year), Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Assets, BillingKnowledge of Tax, Treasury, Audit, Financial Reporting, Project Accounting, Billing & Revenue a plus

    Essential Qualifications and Education:

    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance or Management- 10 years IT experience in finance in the Energy O&G Industry preferably in the EPCI sector5-7 minimum years experience in Oracle ERPJDE Experience a plusAbility to work as a team member as well as act as team leaderHave wide experience with technical tools such as ERP, BI, etc.

    Maintain key competencies associated with the IT functionExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
