Job Description:
Guide Product Owners in developing and refining product roadmaps specific to capital markets
and trading, including the creation of epics, crafting user stories, and proficient management of
the product backlog to reflect market needs and technological trends.
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer journeys and product functionality, ensuring alignment
with the unique requirements of the trading environment and capital market operations.
Work closely with senior technology project managers, program managers, and product owners
to ensure projects align with strategic objectives, operational models, and capitalize on digital
transformation opportunities within the trading sector.
Provide comprehensive impact assessments for change requests, focusing on the implications
for trading operations, market positioning, and technological infrastructure, offering accurate
estimates for integrating new requirements or modifications.
Guarantee that all project requirements deliver tangible benefits, with a clear pathway to
implementation, ownership, and measurable success criteria within the fast-paced environment
of capital markets.
Demonstrate expertise in creating critical documentation such as Business Requirement
Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Requirements Traceability
Matrix (RTM), tailored to the nuances of capital markets and trading platforms.
Lead the planning, preparation, and execution of UAT, ensuring coordination and facilitation
with business stakeholders are in sync with trading realities and expectations.
Facilitate impactful workshops for client business users, focusing on leveraging digital
advancements in trading platforms and capital market operations.
Utilize experience in assessing and designing Target Operating Models (TOM) that integrate
digital transformation with the operational intricacies of capital markets and trading
environments.
