Mandatory
Strong Channel Sales / Strategic Partnerships Profile
Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 2 years of experience in Channel Sales or Strategic Partnerships within Wealth Management, AMC, Fintech, Insurance, or investment distribution
Mandatory (Partner Acquisition) - Must have proven experience acquiring and onboarding partners such as CAs, Wealth Managers, IFAs, Family Offices, or financial intermediaries
Mandatory (Pitch & Closure) - Must have strong experience in presenting investment/financial products, handling commercial discussions, and closing partnership agreements
Mandatory (Channel Management) - Must have experience in managing and growing partner relationships, enabling them with product knowledge, and driving repeat business
Mandatory (Revenue Ownership) - Must have owned revenue or AUM targets and managed pipelines to achieve monthly/quarterly goals
Mandatory (Financial Understanding) - Must have working knowledge of investment products such as AIFs, VC funds, unlisted equity, or similar financial instruments
Mandatory (Networking) - Strong ability to build relationships with senior finance professionals and decision-makers
Mandatory (Note) - This is a complete IC role
Preferred
Preferred (Network) - Existing relationships with IFAs, CAs, and wealth distributors in Tier-1 cities
Preferred (Education) - MBA (Marketing/Finance) or CA/CFA is a plus, but not mandatory for strong sales performers

Role & Responsibilities
Bizdateup is seeking a high-impact Manager Strategic Alliances to lead our Venture Partner Program. In this role, you will own the "Channel Sales" function. Your primary objective is to build and scale a network of financial intermediariesChartered Accountants, Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)who will distribute Bizdateups investment opportunities to their clients.
You are not just selling a product; you are building a revenue engine. You will identify, onboard, and manage partners to drive sustainable Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Acquisition (The "Build" Phase)-
Identify & Prospect: Map out and target high-potential financial intermediaries (CAs, Wealth Managers, Boutique Investment Firms) across India.
Pitch & Close: Conduct high-level presentations to articulate the value of adding Startup/VC asset classes to their client portfolios.
Commercial Negotiation: Structure partnership agreements, including revenue-sharing models, referral fees, and SLAs, ensuring mutual profitability.
Channel Management & Enablement (The "Scale" Phase)-
Onboarding: drive the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they understand the Bizdateup platform and compliance requirements.
Training: Regularly train partners on new investment mandates, due diligence reports, and market trends so they can confidently pitch to their HNI/UHNI clients.
Relationship Farming: Maintain active relationships with key partners to ensure top-of-mind recall and drive recurring business.
Revenue & AUM Growth-
Pipeline Management: Manage the flow of capital coming through partners. Ensure monthly and quarterly AUM targets are met.
Investor Onboarding: Oversee the smooth transition of referred investors from the partner to the Bizdateup platform.
Activation: Develop strategies to reactivate dormant partners and incentivize high-performing ones.
