    Brief Roles and responsibilities

    Accreditation:

    • Support hospitals in gap analysis.
    • Assist in pre-accreditation & pre-assessment reviews.
    • Help prepare presentations and documentation for audits.

    Documentations:

    • Develop SOPs, manuals, and documents for the central quality team.
    • Maintain SOPs and update records.
    • Ensure document control of all SOPs, manuals, forms, and formats.
    • Conduct yearly review & update of all SOPs, manuals, policies, and procedures.
    • Identify new documentation requirements and complete them promptly.

    Audits:

    • Support units for NABH external audits and closures.
    • Prepare audit calendar for cross-audits and corporate audits.
    • Keep records of all audits, identify repeat observations, and compile reports.

    Quality Indicators:

    • Collate and review indicator data for all units.
    • Support digitization of indicator capturing.

    Quality Improvement Projects:

    • Identify and participate in centrally driven QIPs.
    • Help prepare project charters and unit dashboards.
    • Monitor progress and schedule review meetings with the hospital team.
    • Maintain consolidated list of QIPs and completed project files.
    • Assist in preparing QIP reports.

    Survey:

    • Compile survey data.
    • Prepare graphical representation of survey data.

    Incident Reporting:

    • Prepare trend analysis of incident reports under supervision.

    Training:

    • Support all trainings conducted by the central quality team.

    Communications:

    • Prepare monthly quality update slide after collating data from all units.
    • Prepare half-yearly & annual reports of the quality department.
    • Support preparation of presentations for awards and recognitions.

    Qualification:

    • Post Graduate degree MBA/MHA
