    Job Profile :
    Manager - Customer Experience - Online Channels.


    Location :
    Chakan, Pune.


    Qualification :
    Graduation + MBA (Marketing).

    Experience : 6-8 Years.


    Responsibilities :

    Manage all Marketing technology platforms :

    • Understand and optimize all MarTech platforms as per brand commitment towards a luxury customer experience.
    • Change and adapt all communication channels as per latest marketing activities.
    • Ensure uniformity in communication across channels.
    • Work with HQ teams/Experience center to ensure synergies and latest developments :
    • Closely align with HQ and Experience center to ensure most relevant developments as well as content updates.
    • Be a single point of contact to ensure updates on OneWeb, Marketing Cloud and other personalization as well as retargeting based platforms are activated and updated as per local requirements.
    • Ensure optimal local search strategy on always on basis:
    • Manage overall search strategy including both SEO and SEM areas.
    • Look at search performance on daytoday basis to optimize and improve performance.
    • Ensure alignment with Franchise partners to avoid cannibalization of search ad words.
    • Work collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal departments to drive superior market results.
    • Be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with various agencies and partners for media, creative, digital, application development, website management, etc.
    • Collaborate effectively with such agencies to ensure alignment with the brand and marketing requirements; provide them ongoing feedback and inputs.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to consolidate and synergize marketing and brand building effort.
    • Monitor brand performance and provide inputs to Sales, Customer Service and senior management:
    • Monitor and analyze brand performance vis-a-vis business goals (awareness, share, consumer diagnostics, profitability, etc.) and the competition.
    • Deliver internal and external presentations regarding platform performance, communication effectiveness etc.
    • Prepare MIS and reports as needed and provide to the management.
    • Ensure compliance to the policies and guidelines.

    Required Skills :
    Should have prior experience in Marketing technology related topics in Automotive (preferred), Luxury segment or Consumer Durables

    Should possess deep consumer insights and have exposure to market research

    Should have passion for automobiles & knowledge of digital mark.
