    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our B2B SaaS sales operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within mid-sized B2B SaaS companies.
    • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through CRM tools and data-driven approaches.
    • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using Zintlr's platform.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through proactive engagement.

    Team Leadership & Development

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear KPIs, and provide coaching for growth.
    • Foster a high-performance sales culture centered on excellence, innovation, and integrity.

    Strategic & Managerial Responsibilities

    • Collaborate closely with the Founder to align sales strategies with company goals.
    • Provide insights and feedback from the market to influence product development and marketing strategies.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to leadership.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, CRM tools, and data-driven sales strategies.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
