    • Drive the sale of online property advertisements and branding solutions to clients, including builders, promoters, property owners, and real estate agents.
    • Assess client business requirements to tailor solutions effectively.
    • Marketing Campaign Management:
    • Design and execute email campaigns to increase awareness of new products and projects in the assigned region.
    • Client Acquisition and Portfolio Management:
    • Acquire new clients and manage existing Key/Enterprise accounts across multiple business units.
    • Focus on building and strengthening relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Establish strategic relationships with various stakeholders, including marketing, design, and SEO teams, to ensure optimal digital delivery.
    • Sales Target Achievement:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging the existing client base and acquiring new clients in the assigned territory.
    • Proposal Development and Presentation:
    • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the visibility and impact of their online presence.
    • Sales Cycle Management:
    • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to campaign delivery, focusing on renewals and customer satisfaction.
    • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing continuous feedback to improve products and services.
    • Territory Growth:
    • Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the existing client base within the assigned territory.
    • Client Engagement:
    • Conduct presentations in front of clients to ensure active campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
