    Manager MobileReports to :

    AVPLocation : BangalorePurpose :
    Management position responsible for the Omni Channel Mobile applicationdevelopment for Victoria Secret, Pink Nation and Internal apps etc.

    Creates andmaintains Mobile solutions and ensures it fits into the overall omni channeldigital platform strategy-based business requirements and ensures Customerdelighted with the ease of use, robustness and best in class Mobile appexperiences which includes iOS & Android Apps.

    Responsible for identifyingtechnology solutions that address key business objectives and challenges.
    Responsible for managing associates regarding career development, meritincreases, coaching, etc. Will manage a technical team as well as vendors andconsultants.

    ResponsibilitiesKey liaison as a trusted advisor with brand leadership to prioritize, estimate,plan, and schedule system releases.
    Able to appropriately challenge business processes to ensure they are meetingbusiness objectives.
    Able to manage and deliver releases and projects in a fast paced and everchanging business and technology environment.
    Prepare and communicate status, issues and opportunities to the business.

    Possess the ability to learn in-depth core Mobile technologies using the latestiOS/Swift/Android/Kotlin features and frameworks to be able to providetechnical direction to the team and input into technology roadmaps.

    Keep current on emerging trends and best practices and develop best in-classiOS & Android apps which User friendly, reliable, secure.

    Develop tactical and strategic plans for application changes, resource loading,application development and maintenance and approaches for continuousimprovement. This includes the execution, adherence and continuousimprovement to a sound application development methodology.

    Responsible for developing applications based on Agile principles – especiallywith distributed/cross-shore teamsResponsible for interfacing with Product Owners, Architects, Tech Leads,Developers, Acceptance testing teams and other stakeholders.

    Responsible for driving innovation within the Mobile application and supportteam.
    Possess the knowledge to support and build upon our Continuous Integrationenvironment and tool sets.
    Develop and maintain roadmap for Continuous Deployment initiatives.
    Collaboration across multiple Direct technology support teams to align on workeffort and priority.

    Establish and monitor performance objectives for staff and conductperformance evaluations, monitor succession plans, career development andmerit process as defined by HR.Provide or recommend required training programs for developing appropriateskills within areas of responsibility.

    Manage work effectively across the team while providing career developmentopportunities through work efforts.
    Establish steady state and project timelines and deliver projects on budget andon time.
    Qualifications

    • years of People Management experience leading application supportteams
    • 10 years of steady state release and project implementation experience
    • 6-9 years Android & iOS application development experience with Swift,Swift UI, Combine, Android SDK, Device APIs, Kotlin.
    • Mobile Application Architecture experience with mobile UI design patternsexperience
    • Expertise in Continuous integration and Continuous Automation Testing withkeen focus on qualitymetrics including Unit testing and Test Driven Development
    • Sound Web Technologies to integrate Mobile apps with backend Mock API'sand API's
    • Sound knowledge of Collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Git etc.
    • Sound understanding Crash Analytics and App store User ratings.
    • Expertise in Publishing mobile application to Google play stores & iOS Appstores.
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce technology and supporting businessprocesses
    • Experience with tools and techniques for identifying & analyzing real timesissues
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Experience and passion to work in a fast-paced Agile environment, deliveringfunctional features in small time durations
    • Broad knowledge base in multiple applications or businesses
