    Description

    We are looking for a highly qualified chartered accountant with years of experience to lead a team of accountants. The chartered accountant is responsible for implementing accounting systems and processes, preparing monthly financial reports, controlling the master data of the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with the state revenue service.

    To be successful as a chartered accountant, you should possess a stable working track record, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be highly knowledgable in the broad spectrum of accountancy accounting practices. You should also be certified and accredited with the relevant association and governing body.

    Responsibilities

    • Accounting and data entry
    • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
    • Checking invoices
    • Handling queries related to accounts
    • Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
    • Prepare MIS and periodical financial statements and reports
    • Preparation, dispatching, and filing, records and keeping and updating the department documents
    • Contacting external parties about transactions and invoices.
    • Monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.
    • Assist in preparing MIS and periodical financial statements and reports, as may be required
    • Managing audits and discuss and resolve queries raised by external / internal auditors
    • Support in SAP implementation

    Requirements

    Chartered Accountant or MBA with Finance as major

    A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in an Indian business environment.

    Have earlier worked under SAP FICO environment for at least 2 to 3 years

    Have advised / applied accounting standards, regulations processes during the course of his work

    Outstanding analytical and time management skills.

    Strong attention to detail.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
