Qualification: Minimum 12th.

Responsibilities

No Cold Calls, Ready Enquiries/ Leads by digital Marketing Teams.

Handling incoming calls and other communications.

Creating, maintaining, and entering information into the database.

Learning & Implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

Make Quotations according to Design & Client's requirements.

Develop relationships and rapport with Clients.

Good attention to detail.

Reliable, friendly manner.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Great communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

An enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work.

Must be a good team builder, motivator, and handler

Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team-playing ability

Good Grasping Power

Eager to learn new technologies

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
