Job Role : SCCM Architect

Location : India

Roles & Responsibilities:

Our team is looking for SCCM Architect play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions for managing and securing endpoints across an organization. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing user experiences, optimizing device management, and ensuring data protection. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and operations, to create robust end user devices strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Implementation:

• Develop and implement UEM solutions based on business requirements, industry best practices, and security standards.
• Design and configure UEM platforms (MECM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot) to manage devices, applications, and contents.

1. Device Lifecycle Management:

• Manage the entire lifecycle of devices, from provision to retirement.
• Automate device enrollment, configuration, and patch management.
• Ensure seamless user experiences during device transitions.

1. Application Management:

• Deploy and manage applications across different platforms (Windows, Mobile)
• Optimize application delivery and license management.
• Troubleshoot application-related issues.

1. User Experience Enhancement:

• Collaborate with end-user to understand their needs and pain points.
• Implement self-service portals and personalized experiences.
• Continuously improve user satisfaction with end user devices services.

1. Infrastructure Optimization:

• Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and network components for end user devices.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of end user devices infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a end user devices Architect or similar role.
• Strong understanding of end user devices platforms (SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Windows etc.,)
• Familiarity with security protocols, encryption, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.

Skills:

• Technical Skills:

Proficiency in end user devices tools and technologies.

Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).

Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation.

Cloud integration experience (Azure, AWS, etc.,)

• Soft Skills:

Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Project management and organizational abilities.

Adaptability and willingness to learn.
