We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced principal engineer to lead our data integration team.As a principal engineer you will be responsible for architectingdesigning and delivering complex data integration projects. Youwill collaborate with crossfunctional teams leveraging yourexpertise in C#.NET technology Rest API SQL Azure technologies anddata integration services to create seamless solutions tailored toour industry requirements.KeyResponsibilities:

• Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to design develop and maintainindustryspecific data integration applications using C# .NET RestAPI SQL Azure technologies and data integrationservices.
• Evaluate operational feasibility byconducting detailed analysis defining problems and proposingeffective solutions tailored to industryspecificchallenges.
• Provide strategic architecturalblueprints and technical leadership across the technology teamensuring alignment with industry best practices andstandards.
• Lead new technology research conceptspecification and design of software components to address uniqueindustry demands.
• Supervise and oversee thetechnical aspects of integration projects ensuring compliance withindustryspecific regulations and optimal softwareperformance.
• Mentor and support developmentstaff fostering a culture of innovation collaboration andcontinuous learning within the team.
• Lead thehiring and training initiatives for the Data Integration teamensuring the recruitment of toptier talent and providingcomprehensive training programs for skill enhancement andprofessional growth.
• Collaborate closely withthe product team to collect industryspecific requirements providingexpert technical guidance on businesssolutions.
• Enforce and evolve softwaredevelopment standards and best practices relevant to our industrysector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field; Master s degree ispreferred.
• 8 12 years of professionalexperience in developing and deploying industryspecific webbasedsoftware solutions.
• Proficiency in C#.NET RestAPI SQL Server.Net Core message queueing and familiarity withindustryspecific design patterns and architectural concepts (e.g.MVC DI Restful API Microservice).
• Strongunderstanding of cloudbased infrastructure development such asAzure or AWS tailored to industryrequirements.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum)Software Development Process and methodologies emphasizingindustryspecific workflows.
• Indepth knowledgeof industryspecific database management and security standardsensuring data integrity andconfidentiality.
• Proven track record indeveloping and maintaining enterprise multitenant SaaS systemswithin the industry.
• Excellent analytical andcommunication skills with the ability to convey complex technicalconcepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.
